Rouge v.s Warrior?
I am not sure if this thread is allowed in this section. And I apologize for not understanding where it goes. But to me placing this thread here is more appropriate. So moving on:
Rouges both Dagger or Crossbow V.S Warrior All One-Hander, Two-Hander or Dual Axe?
What do you think the differences are between these two classes are? What benefits each of the classes and builds in them? I wonder really, which is best performed now at cap 80 and which one will perform better at the later caps 90+.
Discussions only based on Rouges and Warriors (doesn't matter about weapons). I am making this thread so those who want to choose between a rouge and warrior can decide using this thread.
My Opinion:
Rouges = fast killers, adding a bard as sub meaning even faster. They deal great high damaged criticals as well. With other skills such as Mask Making and Copy something something ??? lol, makes the rouge more enjoyable lol.
Warriors = some may say it's boring, some may say they only like warriors for their averaged out weapon useage. 1H, Axe, and 2H. Some may even say they just want to play as warrior for the nice looking armor, hell I will lol.

I see, though I wonder a lot. There are a lot of benefits for each class. And I can't even choose one lol. You have to admit, Euro 8-10th degrees look awsome.

bless gives u 45 seconds of really good def, in the case your hit gets blocked, or it's not enough to kill someone else in one hit... normally.. if the other person survives and attacks back... u're doomed.
the other skills i wouldn't really bother with rogue as they should be str based... healing wouldn't be too useful, maybe res perhaps... buffing goes away after u switch weapons...
I still see bard as a better choice for rogues..

A Warrior is the most annoying class for a Rogue to fight... fact.
If you're going to compare a PvP match between the two, I'd vote in the favour of Warrior, both with pimped gears... but a Rogue is better against mage classes than Warrior.

It is very hard for a rogue to kill a fully buffed warrior (i mean only the warrior buffs which he performs himself).
The only way for the rogue to kill the warrior is to hit criticals like normal hits but even rogues can't do that too often.
On 10 fair 1on1 fights (no getting invisible and attacking from behind, after every death enough time to pot and buff, no external buffs from clerics and/or bards etc.) between a Warrior and a rogue on the same level range the warrior is going to win 7-8 of the fights.

of course the warrior will win if you remove rogues advantages

ok let them do that too. warrior still has descry skill which eliminates that advantage...

it makes invisible rogues visible
Yeah, but description says it doesn't work on you or your pt members, just people around you :S
Well i know from experience that it makes invisible rogues visible for myself. i killed some "invisible" thiefs with that skill
(sorry about the language =/ )

descry works only with 10m range, xbow + passive + dist shot = 28m

a warrior with hp buff can easily survive even a crit of that attack. for the second attack he will have his iron skin buff ready...
btw. the fully upgraded descry skill works for 20 meters afaik so it could reach a rogue which is not farmed.
rouges seem to better than warriors...-_-....i have a warrior..and it does horrible damage...there slower killing...and not very strong in pvp....over half of the buff that they warrior skills get make them share there HP with the party or let them gain HP and make them even weaker...on the other hand rouges get stuff to lower there HP but make them a load more stronger...enabling them to 1 shot pretty much anything walking...or giving them stealth and making them even stronger...so pretty much over all rouges are the way to go if u want alot of HP...being able to tank if needed and being able to deal alot of damage when called upon
