Does I have to do Quests with Euro char ?

Hello everyone. Im playing European char for first time and its hard to me to do quests. So is there any problem if i dont do them? Does they gona give me sometihng that I'll need in highr lvl ?

You will generally level quicker if you do them, but if you are being p/led it won't matter. About the only really useful thing you get is the equipment gender change scrolls.
