i know how you feel... till one day i accidentaly turned off my reuter.
And then a friend told me that my IP address was set automatically everytime i turned it on and off.
So when i'm done downloading, i turn it off, turn it on, and i get a new ip address.
Then i can download again.

Do you mean modem? -.- Router has nothing to do with your ISP's assigned IP. Your router takes that IP and assigns network ips (usually 192.168.0.101, 192.168.0.102, 192.168.0.103, etc.) to your network devices. Websites ban the IP assigned by your ISP.
To change my ip, I have to turn off my modem until someone else installs one and gets my ip. Takes ~ 18 hours.

oh i dont know then, i have this lil device which makes me go to internet and it changes my ip address everytime i turn that thing off/on.
maybe it's the modem, i'm like 0 knowledge about pcs but at least i know that if i do that, i can keep downloading because i get a new ip address.
Sorry for the mistake.

Lucky, you have a dynamic IP, and you dont have to always connect and reconnect, just make a batch file
Rapidshare ftw
