Call JM or send a bug report asking them to move your friends char to a safe zone

gm has been contacted and the problem was not resolved he is still stuck there and can't move or do anything when he gets in the game nothing has happened

in sro launcher go to settings switch language to turkish and then switch back to english...worked for me +karma for me
