Qn abt the Adaptation skill and the lvl 30 sword skill

Post by Wuyazi »

Umph first of alll I was reading the skill description at sro.mmosite.......The adaptation skills allow you some protection from monsters........What if you are in a job (say merchant or thief) and set up the circle on you......Will the skill protect you from the thieves spawning all around you? And for the swords dance series is it a useful skill? Coz from what i see its kinda like the reason why you take the sword or blade is coz u want to fight one on one with another monster or enemy.....So any answers to those qns?

adaption circle will not protect agains npc thieves if your doing a job (i dont know if thiefs spawned by an other person will attack someone not doing a job and sitting in a circle)
neither will it protect agains champs and giants

Damn there goes my theory......And yeah I know abt the champs and giants thing........Coz Imma thief sometimes.......And thinking of getting the therapy series while Im waiting for the return scroll to finish.......And also another theory.......Turning on the circle while someone tries to pop me using their thieves.........Heres another qn.......Say a trader dies in the circle and inside the circle there are some ppl who are not acting a job.........Will they get attacked by the thieves spawned? Or will they get attacked by them?

I know harmony circles do, if not your adaption circle might not be the required level. :?

Well, it protects you, but your npcs still go after the transport. Transports aren't protected by the circles, only people are.
I'm in your posts, stealing your quotes.

If ve been doing quite a few 5 stars as thief without killing a single NPC. IF your harmony circle is high enough, only champion thiefes will attack you (harmony not working on champions/giants). All the other NPCs will just stand around dumb and disappear after ~10 secs. Transports are also protected.

I can post a fraps of that if there are any doubts ;)

yes... harmony circle and the others will protect you from npc thieves, i was just doing this by accident at tigers waiting for my friend, my thieves spawned, and me and my caravan were inside the circle, they just ignored me and anyone inside the circle and ran off places killing people

Previously, harmony circle does not prevent mobs or npc thieves from attacking a transport in a circle. After the harmony circle "bug", they fixed it and now harmony circle does protect transports within the circle.

Yes that includes your camel/horse from being attacked by your own npc thieves. Harmony circles do not prevent champions or giants from attacking. Tried and tested.

I Think tha level 30 sword skil is like the other sword ranged atack, but it can hit multiple targets... good or bad depending how you look at it.
