What build can hit more really high damage?

What build can mark the highest damage hit Glavie and going all out on STR and Fire. Or Spear going all out on INT with lightning, or what builds are out there that can land really high damage keeping constant DPS?

Highest damage? It would probably be glaive + fire from an INT user since their magic damage would be higher but put an STR against an INT with those weapons and magic and the INT wouldnt stand a chance, their HP couldn't withstand it.

no, pure dual fire-lightning nukers, with fire as main mastery and using a spear, will deal the HIGHEST DAMAGE

Even if you crit strongbow w/ zerk, I think it does less damage than a zerked nuker (?) (DJ's strongbow vs some dude's nuke in the highest damage contest.)
