Since hunters don't earn much from their job unless they can make deal with trader, make a bounty hunting quest for hunters. It would work as those quests like "kill 600 chakjis" etc. Each killed NPC thief could give 1000 gold and each killed Player thief could give 5000 gold. Once player reaches quest limit of kills (maybe 100 or so) he could reclaim his bounty from NPC.

I have two things to add to this game. They are already there but imo needs some more work on.
The first one is the guild storage. I think its great that you need permition to take out things from it. But why can't those who doesn't have that access even be able to look in it. Think they should add a grant to put in things into the storage too. The guild storage is a great way to easier share outgrown gear with the rest of the guild. But if you can't look into it how do you know what's there
And not that I will ever mistrust my guildleader and anyone else in the guild, but those who have the access can now easily scam the others on gold etc and elude detection.
My second one is the ghost walk-phantom move. Ok, so I'm running in a direction and hit the button for it. Zoom, one quick move but then suddenly a halt. For instance being chased by someone stronger than you, this is not what you want to happen. I wished it was a more smother move that let you continue to run after using it. Now you need to click another time on the ground to move and only a few rare times you get lucky and there won't be that annoying halt.

If you are not lagging very much and you time your click right you can start moving immediately after ghost walk phantom. You have to click on the ground and not the horizon, and you will have to click before your character actually uses phantom. Practice, practice, practice.
The bigger problem in my opinion is how it moves. Not always in the direction of the mob I target, and not always in my direction of motion. Can be annoying. But 95% of the time it works correctly for me.

judging from a) kSRO pictures and b) the number of currently unsupported tabs in the alchemy window, i think it's safe to say that alchemy will become MUCH more in-depth and have the ability to do lots of different things to items other than just the normal plussing. <pokes Bakemaster> anything abotu alchemy upgrades from the SA world?

I would like Merchant NPC's scattered around the map (outside of cities) to prevent the long walk back to the city whenever you run out of pots or need to buy some things.

i thought the same thing but i could see abuse from people with som bows and such just ks everything
If you ever look for me the following days, I will be among the Mangryangs studying to master this technique.Bakemaster wrote:If you are not lagging very much and you time your click right you can start moving immediately after ghost walk phantom. Target nearest enemy is the closest thing to legit botting.

All I will say is that I have heard rumors in the SA forum about this from people who were able to attend the last in-game meeting with Gargamel. When I have any real info, trust me, I will post it.

in the prepared 2nd update, there will be mercenary system and other interesting systems added.
Maybe that's what the mercenary system is?

While a castle/siege system (like L2, RO etc) would be cool, it has little to do with the silkroad.
But the mercenary system seems like a good candidate to replace that. Let's see what it really is.

And while were at it that, it would be possible to use monster scrolls in it even if there is no event running (Dont want thoose summunings around on the road all the time though, due to how they are used for hijacking poor 1-star traders). Thus such scrolls should be able to dropp during normal game play but, if no event is running, merely be used in such an Arena.

lineage 2 was all based on the teamwork, you had specific roles, like a healer that cant take any damage but can heal others to full hp in a moment, tanks that have a lot of hp, deal weak damage, and can attract monsters attention, and damage dealers (mages, daggers) that couldnt take much hits but could deliver the most damage. There were also some hybrids and stuff, but it certainly was very fun
In sro youre a one man team, you can heal yourself, deal damage, and tank using pots, so the pvm part of the game isnt multiplayer at all, i could as well just play this game offline and kill monsters.
I think what this game needs is more balance, because when you choose between either to get an auto-share party and go together on orange mobs, or to get a distribution party and just kill whatever you were killing on your own, everybody goes for the second option. There should be more xp for orange/red mobs, more xp in auto share party where you all kill the same mob... something that would encourage teamplay
I played a healer in lineage 2 till level 71 and the end game-play sucks. Too many **** running around afraid to fight cause it takes hours to get the exp back. People who still play lineage 2 are all bitches and afraid to battle.
You may had an unpleasant Lineage II experience so yeah I wont argue with that (*ahem* got a mid 2x DE Sin in an 'alternative' L2 community) , but I still think Yoob's part on 'teamwork' is desperately critical and highly needed.
Some of us here might think that I'd portray an easier route for xp, but it's not. I dont give a flying fc uk about the grind factor but I do care about bored guildies soloing for quests in distroed xp parties. It's hopelessly against any MMO's partying (*coordination and teamwork*) purposes here in iSRO with its current partying modes. Simply put, the only thing they can quickly and effectively do to fix this sh it is just to change the mobs spawn rates and distance all over the training zones. I mean how hard is that?
Guild wars
- guild info search functions so that you could check player's guild size, how many members it has, who is the leader and to what union it belongs. This would help finding suitable size guilds for guild war
- way to declare war to another guild without the need of guild master agreement. Maybe with murdering Guild Master? With mercenaries he might be hard to kill and the person who gets murder status obviously can't participate in war for while.
- guild locked during war, ie. no-one can join the guild while it's in war state
Union vs. Union wars
- now these would be massive pvp wars since in maximum it could affect hundreds of players
Wolf skill tree
- different element bites, combo bites, leaps etc. which could work like long time buffs so you wouldn't have to be clicking wolf skills all the time - just enable 1 or 2 skills and your wolf's attack skills are set.
New alchemy recipes
- hidden recipes (like kind of Diablo 2 rune words) which could do something like add +XX amount of certain type element damage to weapon or in armors -XX amount of certain element damage, reduce item level requirement by 1-5 etc. Would use massive amounts of elements
- HP/MP/Pill potion recipes (=players could be herbalists)
- building armors/weapons from alchemy raw materials (ie. from stuff that you can now turn to elements) (=smiths)
Whois function
- you could check character's info with this function, would tell what his level is, to which guild he belongs to and whois his guild leader (in case you want to discuss about troublemaker with his guild master)
AFK function
- when set AFK, players who whisper to you would get automatic reply that the user is currently away from keyboard.
Ignore person -function and shows floating mark on top of those players who you have ignored. Might be good way to keep track of scammers, just put them on ignore and whenever you see them selling stuff, you know to avoid them.
Stackable elixirs
- would give us "more" storage space
Force mastery
- mastery bonus (which it doesn't have currently): faster skill cast rates the higher mastery you got ie. -1% from cast times on each mastery level. Would make heal/pill skills more useful
- vital spot buffs un-removable with mouse click, currently there's no point using these skills since anyone can click them away in pvp.
More RPG quests instead of hack'n'slash quests (this is mmoRPG after all)
- quests that can have multiple ways to complete them and reward would be chosen based upon your performance.
Quickbars F5-F8 just because there's not enough room in four quickbars

Alliance Wars
What wouldn't be fun about 8 lvl 5 guilds with 50 people each. 450 on 450 wars now that would be exciting!
Auction and Selling House
A NPC for selling items and a set price. With filters so you can find what you want when you want, compare prices and find the best deal without looking all day.
A NPC for putting an item up for auction. You can set a duration and a reserve and let people bit on it (like ebay basically). This would clear up all the afkers in town and help the servers alot why they won't consider it I don't know.
Guild Quests
Somekind of quest that guild members have to work together towards a common object. All types of build would be required, tankers nukers healers resers. Possibly a dungeon or dungeons that needs to be completed in stages with an eventual boss at the end. I guess sort of like a WoW instance. That would be fun as hell.
Those are my ideas for now, it would be great if Joymax actually read the forums and listened to their community wouldn't it?
