Help with pk2 editing armor

I have tried all the guides here on how to do it but i just cant get it to work can someone give me one that isnt too hard and that possibly has pictures because that makes it much easier thanks in advance.

First, there are lots of guides with pics on how to do it, step by step.

Second, are you pk2 editing euro armour or chinese? How the hell do we know which guide to give you if you dont tell us the specifics!

Why do you try and be like a mod it is very annoying when ever someone posts something you say things like "This belongs in Q\A" or "there are many guides for this." Please read my post first then mabey you will understand something.

what do u want 2 achieve.....

change chinese armor from degree .... to degree 8 - 9 or 10

change chinese weapons ?
change euro equip
change euro armor.....

ect. help us out a lil bit and we will help u

Ok ok.. I am sorry if i have offended people in the past few weeks, but they have been very stressful for me because of personal issues and that is why i have been so "angry" lately..
Hope you guys can understand o.o
