Are There Any LVL 20 Weapons or only lvl 21+

I Just Turned lvl 20 2 days ago and i went back to jangan looking in players stall's looking for lvl 20 weapons but found only lvl 21+
:?

Do you guy know any areas to get lvl 20 weapons :wink: :arrow:
