My PC is being a ****

After gameguard loads and that rectangular box comes up, my whole system freezes and i have to reboot it, pc doesnt not freeze in ANY other games, just at this point loading sro, ive tried reinstall and everythign and nothing works.

System specs:
Intel Celeron 2.66ghz (i know dont bash me >_<)
512mbx2 : 1gb ram
Asrock motherboard
ATI Radeon x1650 PRO

its not anything overheating because ive looked with everest and everything is normal temps, and my video card is only 43 degrees. Im getting angry now -.-. I also have 1 80mm fan and 1 120mm fan inside my case, checked all wireing and im sure its correct and drivers are up to date, please help me i wanna play sro

its fixed now, i had to uninstalled delete all registry from Joymax and then reinstall, but to answer your question no, no beeps, just a complete lockup
