Why JoyMax is doing something

Have any of you noticed something weird?
They actually look into a disconnecting problem, they make an event, they make a bot block?

I think i know why!
There will soon be a SRO private server... it's still in progress, but It's getting there, once it opens, iSRO will lose players, JoyMax will lose money, more people will make private servers, and in time, iSRO will be gone.

*And I'm serious about the SRO private server... it's to be opened in about a week*

I expect JoyMax to try to keep the players happy :P

Also private servers wont hurt joymax at all. Look at WoW. They 1,000+ of private servers, with real blizzard software to run them. Didn't stop the 8million ppl that are paying to play the offical servers.

Uhm, please don't compare WoW to iSRO, WoW you don't have bots, many ksers, you have that waiting thingy for connecting, and people don't complain of lag all day, they have ingame support.

It will hurt JoyMax IF they don't do anything, but they are doing something.

And is posting links to private servers allowed? I wont post it until a mod says i can :!:

You do know they've been working on private servers for a couple years, at least thats when i first heard

No... not really.

But think about it, when was the last time JoyMax added an event?
When was the last time they tried to fix something?

And i started to notice this when i learned of this private server opening :?

most of wow cracked servers are very bugged but on the other hands are for free
everyday I'm reading about private sro servers but I've never seen yet any verified information about that.. so post links or pm me them pls

JM always has an event or 2 every year excluding the Christmas events. JM is always quick to fix bugs or look into bugs that have a major effect on the gaming experience. Whenever GNGWC gets near bot bans are absent. This is nothing new.

How can i trust you? It might not be allowed to post/pm links and you could be an admin in hiding.

I'm only comparing how warcraft private servers work, I didn't say anything about gameplay. They have full 100% working Server files from the main company. Silkroad absolutely nothing from joymax out. Thats why silkroad hasn't had a private server.
Now comparing the real gameplay of the 2 games. Sro doesn't have a chance vs the positives of Wow. Its just most people spent years on their sro char. Moving to another time invested game is pointless. Id rather not start another mmo ever again.

you can post whatever links since you are not posting any bots/hacks/scams/viruses

There was an emulator site a while back but it was hacked severely and all the files contained Trojans and other malicious programs.

IF you plan on exploring server emulation I suggest you use ONLY trusted sites.

IF there are emulated SRO servers (I know for a fact there are) They are chinese or korean and will need to be translated.

ive been saying that since last week ^^
EDIT: wow, so there are at least 2-3 sro private servers prohects going on
our fun will start soon guys :D
imagine a server with less lag(since less ppl) a lil bit maybe..but hell with it.
Beeing able to have nice chars by grind a lil not too much.
Active gm,s no bots, since u can ban em.
Events all that shit, it sounds so good, pvp and job wars all the time, huge ass events=FUNNN :D

Unique spawns each 10 mins
Higher EXP rate
Higher items drop rate
No bots
No lag
