1. Does the skills Physical Raze (and other similar skills) cancel sleep/stun? Is it better to cast stun/sleep then cast the debuff skills or cast the debuff skill first then sleep/stun?

2. Does anyone know how many physical percentage does each of decay level reduce? and other similar skills such as impotent. (I asked on the other topic but no one answer it so I think I should re-ask here.
