JoyMax is a company the entire point of a company is making money.
Obviously they will make the Item Mall "cool" (For dumbasses) (no offence to anyone)

To make money you can create an amazing game, offer awesome service and make your customers happy. That's one way. What JM does is make a nice game but make sure there are "bad things" in it and then sell you stuff that can help you fix them. A very interesting way to make money.
