How can I always be able to log in again?

I think I've seen the answer to this somewhere before, but I've forgotten and can't seem to find the answer on SRF again. Is there a way to always be able to log into the game with a 100% success rate?

(avoiding server traffic at peak times, disconnection, and stuff like that)

Buying premium is the only legal way to get you logged in the server for the 1st try... there are no other ways for you to do that [ in legal way ]. But it can't guarantee that you can stay on the server without disconnection!!
