I say yes.

As a level 29 at horses, I can use mind bow + beserker arrow and you end up saving mana as well as killing faster.

Head to the Penons using MindBow. Cast on a party mob attract the ordinary mobs, when the party mob arrives to kill you, cast light and ice nukes and watch ur exp rise faster than ever. Sweet as

useful for pve, not as so much for pvp. its just like heuksal's chain spear useful for pve but not so much for pvp

Best bow skill there is if you plan on jobbing as a hunter.

I think it is very useful. i get a lot of xp when i grind on yetis and it saves my mp.

like how blades use petal sword dance, and when they get close enough sould blade to hit them harder, a bow can do mind bow, and when they get close enough explosion series.

Have you tried lion shout? I know it has less range but you can do one book after the other. I would think it would be better for int/int hybrids.
