Weird Characters?

Hey I was just playing on my other computer..
And i switched because my bro needed to use it.

So I logged onto the other one..
There is just a bunch of squares everywhere.
The suares replace the text.
In-game it looks like this

So I decided to change my settings to Low
But sadly this is what comes up.

If you need my computer specs

Hewlett-Packard Company
HP Pavilion
IntelR
PentiumR 4 CPU 2.93GHz
504 MB of RAM

Ive never hada problem with any other online game..
So please if you know any solutions,
Or any ideas of how to fix this,
Or have experienced this please help me.

change the language to english if that does not work change it to another language then back to english if that does work you are screwed

you have to change the language in the client btw it can't be changed in game
