What the hell is the point in +7ing a Lvl 1 Weapon? They would be on to 4th degree equipment already by the time that happens -_-

yes i do when i have glare on the screen it makes it easier to see that is how i know this is because the brightness is maxed and its not because of bloom effect

its photoshop dupicate blur & screen. cuz i dont think making it very bright would make that bloom effect on gui....

It's bloom effect + probably VERY BRIGHT brightness. I usually have mine on Dark ~~
