Try a please next time if you want any serious help, as most of the people that posted here are more than competent artists that would be able to give you great advice. But in the manner that you asked, no one is inclined to. 1/10 from me.
Some things you might want to work on would be...

The text - placement isn't great, nor the text itself. You can barely see what it says. I just plain don't like the text.
The render looks like it was slapped on a little.
The grainy background looks horrible. Atleast take some sort of stock and set it as a background, don't just brush black and make the entire thing grainy or something.
I don't really like the colors. The black and white does NOT do good for this Sig.
I don't see a border? Most Sigs could really use a border.

There are so many things to be worked on, and I'm not even one tiny bit close to being as good as Crimson or Dom or Rizla. Ask nicely next time, and they'll give you great advice.
