that was a drop, it has 4 +100% on it. I found it pretty interesting.

This was on mercury btw.

Hate to break it to you but most of the drops at that lv are 100%

Yeah, you have way more draws on lvl one stuff.
Maybe at 0% it's 0.1 and 50 % is 0.2
Or even only 0.2 and 0.3 is possible so you have 50:50 chance

bards, warlock and cleric rods and staffs CRITICAL is always 100% too.
