If u use a cloak and die from a monster do u get to respawn at same place and dont lose exp?

I think i already posted in if u find it tell me

Not really sure what u talkin bout but anytime u die u lose exp.

normally,jobbing ect.

He's mean hmmm don't know how to explain. The red/orange/black "Scarves/Capes" (Don't know other word for it =\). Wich you can PvP without getting Murderstats/Sp Lose/Exp Lose.
I seriously don't know the answer to it.

Dying with your cape (or cloak as u call it) to a monster result in you dying normally like u didn't have the cape on. You only get the respawn in current location if u were killed by another person with the cape on.
