Okay as far as merit goes....

I will design up some small icons to be placed in signatures as awards.

Blue ribbons for 1st place team victories.
Gold Medallions for captains to recognize superior dedication/service to the team.

And obviously the first competition will need to be designing team signature bars and placing a public forum vote for best

.

It's hard to throw a dime over the internet

I think they should get someone objective, like from another section on msn, and to pick a number between 1-1000, and then each captain guesses.

Closest = 1st pick
2nd = 2nd
3rd = 3rd... etc... etc...

If they all throw dimes, they could just say the side it lands on

We all know how much of a cheater some of these people are

jkjk lol.

I know that, but others may not, therefore that link should be on your thread starter post and not here hidden in page two. As this is above the other thread, new people who want to participate may not be able to find the other thread. (We'll have to assume they are new, stupid, or both)
