playin around is good. good luck with her
thanks but i got no chance with her..we used to be quite good friends, but, she got a bf wich she "loves" and shes like always with em..
So i just gave up kinda, but yesterday's dream made me remember of her meh.
Bah only if she didnt have a bf >.>
there was some quimistry going on lol, too bad.
Moving on..
i used to have my bed right underneath the house roof ("/"). the ceiling was goin down toward my feet (like this "/") so my head is underneath the high part of the ceiling and my feet underneath the low part of the ceiling.
well one day i woke up, and i bumped my head pretty hard. i was like wtf i dont have anything to bump my head to. guess what happened. i turned around in my sleep completely. that includes my pillow and 2 blankets oO
anyway normally when i sleep i sleep on my back and mostly wake up on my back.. but my pillow and blankets are always all over my room.
lol I do that all the time sometimes I wake up on the floor, and sometimes out in the yard.
The worst was one night I woke up floating in the pool XD
LOL. wth how do you end up in a pool? O.O
-.- This is why kids shouldn't do drugs amorie...You see the harm it does?

When you are sick and yours nose flow you dont feel is annyoing when you sleeps on the side ..? or somebody else..
I hate it ..so i must lie on the back..
Every morning I wake up my nose runs/ stuffed up, stupid allergies I'm used to it
I used to sleep on my stomach, but that ended up hurting my back like mad.
Are you sure your not a bit stupid like me. And sleep on a feather pillow for 3 years (well, every other weekend as that was the only time i stayed at my mums) and wonder why you always feel like crap in the morning and can't breath. Only then to realize your alergic to feathers, which is why you couldn't breath? Or maybe I'm the only dopey one haha.
Speaking of alergies, being alergic to cats/dogs/citrus fruits suck
Naw, just plain old dust floating around in the air

destructionmama wrote:Sleeping on your back induce Snoring because your air way is partcially blocked
Sleep on the side reduce snoring, and its also good for your spine, due to less compression on your spinal column
however sleeping on the side requires constant change in position overnight because your arms will not have enough circulation and having mimimal change in position is essential for a good night sleep
sleeping on your stomach is the worst position of all, low circulation, bad for spine + many other effects including blocked airway
Also study shows that if you sleep while your hand/arm is being compressed by something (e.g. head/pillow) during your sleep, your chance of getting a bad dream is higher
Also studies show the darker your sleeping environment is, the more well rested you will be when you wake up regardless of the number of hours you sleep. Hence if 2 man sleep the same number of hours one in a dark room and one in a bright room, the dark room person will feel more energized after he wakes up.

@1211,
Generally when sleeping with a girl I'll be on my side, I'll be over her back, or she'll be over mine. If that makes any sense :S
