Yes you still gain SP...even when your at 99.99% of lvl80

Don't level to 80 with 0 gap... gap as you level from 70 - 80, expanding the gap each level.

Also, if you plan to 0 gap from 1 > 80, you'll struggle (a lot).

Unfortunatly, the skill calculator only goes to lvl 60, not 80...

However, it can be used to demonstrate the flaws in your plan.
0 gap, 1-60, provides 38,021 sp.
Minimum 60 1hd War 54,666 sp (ignoring the 2hd and axe skills)
Minimum 60 Xbow R 35,229 sp (poison weapons and xbow only)

so you could pull off a decent xbow rogue with 0 gap, but you would sacrifice the steath and disguise abilities, as well as the powerful dagger strikes.

Warrior would be nearly impossible, since parties would probably expect you to have most skills and I doubt warrior can solo very well, compared to a xbow rogue.
