Rogues=CRAZY!!!!!

well i had a lvl 23 wizard and i was getting sick of dying so easy and having t run all the way to crabs so i was guna make an account and i decided to do an elimanation flip-a-coin soughta thing i ended up with royge and i luv it! they r so good i can hit 9k at lvl 21 with a normal lvl 21 cbow 9k crit of course who agrees that rouges r awesome?

Depends on what you need the character to do. In party play there isn't that much a rogue can do that other classes can't do better. Their damage output, with activated buffs, might come close to a wizzards but even then, from a clerics perspective, I'd prefer a buffed wizzard that stays out of the way and doesn't need constant attention.

After the update it looked like 1/3 of people build rogues, 1/3 build wizzards and the last third were the other classes. Somehow on the way from 20 to 35 the number of rogues dramatically declined. In all parties I was, after level 30, the average number of rogues was 1-2 while the number of wizzards was much higher.

Rogues really are beasts when it comes to PvP though. Even with the euro potion delay

Thanks to my early farming, I was able to splash out on every single Rogue skill up until level 38 last night, and still have more than enough for both the Warrior & Rogue skills for 40+.

I gotta say... I'm loving it. The damage output compared to my dual-axes is insane, and I hit a level 47+ Chinese Glaiver in garms last night for 11047 damage with Crit.

My brother's found me some 20 crit daggers too, so as soon as he gives me those, I'll be able to deal close range damage too.

I see so many dagger rogues it makes me sick...

Seriously... why choose to stand near the mob and get beat upon when you could have dropped that mob before it landed one hit?

I agree dagger skills should not be ignored, but xbow seems the better choice in every situation, except maybe pvp?

I think the obvious weakness for rogue is ice. Coz their own buff doesn't seems to be able to immune to ice. Unless they take sub mastery or buffed by cleric, else they're doom if iced. Try pvp with some ice bow if you wanna know how it feels.
