Inspection Over and still having C9 Error! Help Plz!
Inspection over and still im having this "Failed to connect to the server (C9)" error! Well it kinda pisses me off now, coz im expecting that this will be fixed after the inspection but still it isn't... Any concerned citizen here?? Plz help us out, there are also other people complaining about this kind of error not only me.. Plz fix this immediately!

so much work for Joymax now, Silk Charge through Level-Up Philippines is also down.. I know they're fixing it atm... Can't connect to the game because of this C9 error and can't buy silk! Watta game! I have 360 mins. premium now and after 3 hrs. another 180 mins. will be added, meaning i wasted 180 mins. because I can't connect to the !@#$ game! Plz fix this immediately!

i tried re-installing the game but it doesnt fix it... i think this prob. is caused by an IP block.. i dunno how to fix this thing, coz i tried playing at my friend's computer cafe and i can access my account easliy... and im only expriencing this kind of prob. when im home, so maybe my IP is blocked..
Still no action with this problem, so fraustrating for me and the filipino sro community.
The problem of this I guess is with the main hub of the Philippines which holds all the internet connection in whole phil, their connection with SRO has a problem i guess. Hope GM's will take action of this though its only happening in the Philippines. We are also one of the most buyer of silk in SRO community. We are all waiting for an action GM's, it has been 1 day and still no progress.
