C9 error

ok i just reinstaled game wanna go on mercury i type id and pw and then image code and i wait some seconds and then c9 error what should i do?

Post the error your getting please. The whole error if possible. Screenshots would be nice.

im getting the same error... it just says that Failed to Connect to server. i tried a couple of times now, its the same.

that happens very often for me, sometimes 3 times in a row. just keep trying

If you have a firewall turn it off and try again. Or set it to allow sro_client to connect.

Also if that doesnt work you should try reinstalling

did all that already, still no luck. it was running fine a while ago, till i got dc'ed, then logged back in. it was laggy as hell, so i decided to restart pc. after that i just keep getting C9 error

ok so i just went to the official sro forums, and it seems im not the ony experiencing the same problem. this is really weird.

same problem here, but me on Persia server.. I'm a premium-user and expected to connect to the game hassle-free. Currently, Persia is on EASY now and I still cant connect to the game... Nothing's wrong with my connection right now..

its not a system or connection problem... its problem wit SRO....
For the past couple of days.. its been like this for quite some time.... Looks like the bots are back again.....

Greece seems to be crowded most of te time

well after the inspection the problem is still there. JM has to do something about this. im wasting my GT time coz of this shitty problem!

inspection is over and still i have the same sh*tty problem! wth is wrong wit SRO? a premium-subscriber that cant connect to the game?! another thing is I can't load silk to my account using Level-Up Phil. it took them so long to fix it... so many problems wit SRO now, any concerned citizen?? plz do something!

Am having this problem also, I can't connect with the server after the patch was done. Hope GM will fix this problem a soon as possible. 20% increase XP and SP is useless if this can't be fixed. thanks!

I was having the same problem, but now, i cant even log into SRO. Whenever i click on the SRO icon, the box saying"The server is undergoing inspection or updates. Connect to....." pops up. I cant delete and re-download because i cant even get onto the site :banghead:

I also am getting the same message, servers are undergoing inspection or updates !! its 12.30 pm GMT now and still no luck , Hope they get this sorted soon !!

OK< when I posted my last entry above I was ata work and on Wireless and SRO would not start just kept getting update message , took laptop home plugged in plugged it into my house set up on cable modem and away it went, just assumed they had finished update, but have done this now 3 days on the trot, I am getting server update window here at work on wireless yet when i go home all is well, could this be something to do with wireless ???

just throwing this out there hoping I get some answers as I am well and trully stumped

Not just wireless, it culd mean more at work ... <PROXY - BLOCKED> <FIREWALL - BLOCKED> <ULTRALIGAMENT ADVERTISMENTS - BLOCKED> <PORN SITES - BLOCKED> or watever........
