Yes it's WinAmp. It's a WinAmp Modern skin called WinVista_WMP11.

Fena , if you wanna make that dock look better .. download some better looking icons for programs you have on the dock.

Ie. That AVG icon is kinda. .. blurred, theres bout 10 sharper more suitable for your bg icons.
