What is this "GAP" and other questions
Well, I have 2 chars around the level 30 and one just started level 1
Never knew about that gap system that everyone talk about... and wonder how to use it.
• Please explain me how to use it. And give me some advice how to level up this level 1 char till the level cap and how can he be strong char. He is Rogue BTW.
• The other question is for rogue dose the full STR is good ?

1.
Gap = difference between your highest mastery level and your character level
High gap, up to 9 levels difference, less XP per kill, more SP per kill
Usage of gap: Calculate SP requirements of your build with Euro SP calculator
Use search function, search for "easiest SP calculator".
Use the spreadsheet to find out about your needed gap or how much SP you need to farm
2. Rogue = full str

And then start all over again ?
Since you are a regular member of this board
The gap of nine that everyone talks about is the threshold after which there is no further gain in increasing the gap. But leveling with such a high gap is very, very, very painful, so it is usually built up at certain points to specifically farm SP (for example at level 16 for farming at the stronghold) and gets closed or reduced after the targeted amount of sp is farmed. So don't get too hung up on it.
I personally wouldn't follow the course you describe but instead keep a small gap you feel comfortable with, maybe even closing the gap completely at the most important points (level 20, 30, etc.) and just rebuild or increase the gap, throwing in some actual farming (with items you decked out to the max to make up for your weak state), if your sp gain is insufficient. One of the reasons for this is the dependence of euro characters on their mastery levels when it comes to the armor they can wear. Otherwise you'd have sucky armor every time you really need it (and as a rogue you need what you can get) and that is when you are already very weak because your skills are seven or eight levels behind.
Did you use the skill calculator yet to find out how much SP you will need?
*edit*
Just a little example:
Skillpoints needed to get all rogue skills at level 60 according to the calculator: 80.062
SP Gain from 1-60:
3 level gap: 66.813
4 level gap: 83.930
So (if the numbers supplied in the spreadsheet are correct) you need a gap of 3-4 levels to become a fully skilled rogue proficient in both daggers and crossbow.

Thank you for your fast replays
Look what I find about the Euro sp farming http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic ... calculator
This guy says that

SP Farming
Pretty much NO Sp farming is required as a Euro char. If you keep a 2-3 level gap, you will never run out of SP. If you like grinding, keep a 9 gap until level 30, then just keep a 3 gap, and you'll have sp to spare and then some.

That depends! It might be true for some classes, maybe for a pure warrior only getting one weapon mastery, but is certainly not true for more sp demanding builds. So in some cases the "you don't need to farm for euros" is more wishful thinking than reality.
My build for example would require me to keep a constant gap somewhere between 5 or 6 levels to get all my skills from 31 to 40.

After a second thought, the guy does indeed have a point:
Nine level gap
Code: Select all
(1-10) (10-20) (20-30)
872 16083 55449
But still not an option for me because nobody would take a cleric that cant heal.

I`m sorry I forget to tell you that I will not choose a crossbow for a second wepon and will not get the skills for it, that means 2 trees in the Rogue skills will be free and I`ll need a little bit less SP.
And I search google about SP calculators but can`t find the right keywords, aways some bot sites pop up :|
Can you link me one ?

NO NO NO
DO NOT USE 9 GAP Lvl 1-20
At lvl 20, rogues get a skill that greatly boosts their offense and sacrifices defense. If you used a xbow, you become nearly untouchable at lvl 20. Daggers need a warrior to taunt and take their hits.
Since you are only picking up one weapon, I would recommend a 3 lvl gap between lvl 1-60. You should have extra points, which could be used for a different mastery or just lvl faster by using a smaller skill gap.
