Is it a good BUILD?? does it own at high lvls??
If yes i need your own GUIDE that you think is good?
Which masteries to choose??
1:2 or 1:3??
and mag% ?

Pure S/S, you need to buy shield and a sword. Both are kinda equal when it comes to time comsuming.

You don't need to, just make sure your balance is around the percentage you want every time you add stat points.
