i had some really nice cheese before, i cant remember what it was called, it was orange and quite mature and a bit softer than cheddar. Im pretty sure its not on your list, i would probably remember if i saw the name.

I have no idea what kind of cheese it was...but I was at Chateau Chenonceau, and they had like a little hut at the entrance. I bought a cheese sandwich, simply cheese butter and baguette; it was the best cheese i've ever had. It was white in colour.
However, cheese kurds from quebec are amazing; as is extra aged strong cheddar from wisconsin.
There's a "cheese" dealer downtown. They only sell high quality and extremely expensive cheeses.

Depends on the quality for many of them, but in general... provalone ftw. Pepperjack is good too.
The BEST cheese i've ever had though was at this Italian restaraunt in Las Vegas, I really wish I could remember the name but I can't.... I remember the price though lol, $1200 a lb... people are crazy to pay that for cheese, but it came with the meal so w.e

But you type with it, and eventually stick your hands in your face. They make it up your nose, attach themselves to your noise hair and eat away. Not to mention, they would always get in your mouth, down your throat...
But hey, back to cheese. The product of bacteria!

Very crisp cheese, not hard, not soft.
