if you think koreans are racist then just look at their pr efforts, they hate us all, all non asians and thats why our version of the game is jacked up, i would have tried getting the korean version but it was downloading at like 2k/s, and file front or file planet or fileshack doens't have it, if some one has the korean installer they should host it on file front or somthing,

and why are all the europeans blond? and the only dark hair guy is either the devil or with an eypatch, why coudln't they have made just a normal dark headed european.

Im not sure they even have any black people in Korea... how would they be rasist towards them?

For instance, my country is in North of Europe, there's only a few black people there. And there's never been any rasist acts towards them. Most of those few are local basketball or music stars with rather huge local fan base.
I think rasicm towards black people is more common in countries where they compose a signifact part of the populace. It's the same with rasism towards other races/nations.
All nations have lots of "dark wizards", "black women", "black devils", "black robbers", etc in the antient tales, but in most countries those personages are related to the color of the night and to hell, "shaddow kingdom", Tartarus or whatever is that place called there.....
Americans had tensions between white people and afro-americans in the past, so obviously rasists started applying those common negative cultural images to afro-americans there.
But that's deffinitely not the case in most other countries. Darkness was associated with evil deeds for thousands of years in all nations. But not all nations also associate darkness with africans.
I could bet the title "black robber" was there in china long time before any chinese saw a black person...
