how long would it take to farm 40-50k sp without a pt or gt and a normal +5 bow?

a looooong time
depends how much you play per day and what your level is. 16 with a 9 gap and a +5 bow (assuming your gear isn't pimped since you have a +5 bow) also assuming you are pure str ... ~ month

Took me a week to farm 10k SP with a 100% skill time ticket

Without grouping....So 50K at normal SP rates would definately take a long ass time lol....espeacially at Gap 9
