Which is Better??

I will start new character i need help on which is better 2H SWORD or BLADE/SHIELD ?
I need Pros & cons for both of them and ur opinion on who will be better tanker which will win in PVP.

If you want to tank you should go full str blade and shield.

Really slow to level up, dont do very big dmg but is the best defense build.
