Ya capped players are bored so they just camp low lvl uniques to be able to see their names on the screens.

Gratz on the kill, ive had Uri spawn basically on my head at that lvl and a 70x/80 still managed to steal it from me

Euhm dude I came in at 60% and there were 2 lvl 68+ too and secondly if you find it it's a wonder and third its very hard to not get ksed by all the lvl 80's
