it,s my defense set ^^ axe is +5 energy +30 hp and shield is +30 -5 20%.

I swap form my bow to this when I get focused or when I dont need to use my bow. well it,s mainly to show off cause my bow arent great and this set cost me over 500k lol <_< but well at least I use it with all my char when I pvp ^^

hey we should all meet in gw and go to like, team arenas or zaishen challenges (nf stuff plýss cause i havent bought factions yet, ill probly buy it after the next weekend :O)

yeah now with the pvp item creation it's more useful to use a pvp char than a pve, well I setted her for pvp a while ago before they came with the pvp skin reward <_< so now pvp char can have sexy gear too

pfff GW was farked ever since AoE was nerfed. And that's A LONG time ago.

I don't like to micromanage, and most of guild wars builds take a lot of micromanagement. Especially for farming. So I kinda moved away from GW and gave it up. Might check out GW2 when it comes out though.

I agree! Those are the best looking sword and shield, my Warrior has those too, I'm not interested in any other swords if it doesn't have that skin.

I have two zodiac shields now, i'vehad magmas and eternal as well. I also don't like them. Zodiac looks cheesy, eternal looks fake, and magmas looks overdone. I like aegis/tall shield.

I love the Zodiac Longbow, along with some other bows. If there's a bow with a skin I like, I MUST have it! ><
Got 2 warriors, one is wielding the Long Sword, the other one a Chaos Axe, I like that one too. The Aegis is indeed very nice, but I don't have one for my Warriors.

Speaking of Eye of the North, anyone got the Pre-Release Bonus pack?

It give you access to the Eye of the North continent exclusively from August 24th until August 26th.

You can buy it at the store for about 6 bucks (Or buy it via the GW store), it comes with 3 exclusive bonus weapons (Glacial Blade, Hourglass Staff and a Darksteel Longbow) and a 10 hour or 14 day trial to all three GW continents from which you never bought the campaign.

Whats GW like these days? I used to play it loads but nearly stopped when they nerfed AoE. And then as Nightfall was released i completely stopped as then everything in the game was worth basically nothing, it seemed like there was nothing to do to keep you playing.

Just a few questions

Do many people still play?
Which campaign are most people in, i'm guessing prophecies will be deserted now?
Is anything worth anything anymore, anything to save for, such as FoW armor?
Anything to do now once youve finished the missions?
Whats farming like now? Still xx/mo solo farming all the time?
Has pvp changed at all?

I started playing a month ago and still trying to get end game armor but I haven't beaten the campaigns yet. I often visit Kamadan for deals and sales.

yeah longsword ftw :O I have 1 on my warrior with a gloom shield :s couldn't fins the shield I want so I bought a gloom since it doesn't look too bad :S

if anyone find a Stone summit shield inscribable r9 or with perfect stat pm me :O

I've started a pve mesmer last night with a friend we are both mesmer. got pissed to get owned by mesmer when im playing my monk so I'll try to play on their side to understand it more

oh and dont go to HA... you'll hate it if you are under r 10 no one will gorup you and you'll get noob group...

even r10 group still have lot of noob ...

gvg are ftw :O but yea ha is a good training ground for monk lol... the game is all about wich team will get his monk down first :twisted:

Prophecies and Factions are much easier with NF unlocked. The heroes help a lot. You can basically solo all of prophecies and factions with them. I solo'd all of prophecies with henchmen, and I beat factions in a day with heroes and henchmen.

Yeah I heard that, so when I got my 10 hour NF trial the first thing I did was recruiting Heroes (<3 Koss the Afro d00d! It pissed me off when they kidnapped him

).
But when the trial was over and they kicked me out of Elona I couldn't add any heroes >> Luckily I got to keep the 5 golden items I found there :3

I made my own Guild with a friend 2 days ago lol we joined a pve alliance but we dont know if we gonna go pvp or stay 50/50 pve pvp.
