1 handed warrior good build?
is a 1handed warrior a good build ? pvp etc.. with bard as sub?
as far as i know, u should NEVER EVER EVERRRR IN UR DAMN LIFE choose bard as ur subclass. becuz almost ALL the useful buffs will disappear as u switch weapon.
one handed warrior is GREAT in both parties in pvp...however..in pvp its really about tactics..however...one handed warrior mite play a much more important role in parties than pvp
but choose a diff subclass =.= bard is def not a good choice

I prefer bard as a subclass because the speed buff and the de-aggro buffs are useful. Also it's helpful if your party is missing a bard.
well those r like the only one that works when u switch weapon
and if u want to be a bard for the party, that means u dont ever want to switch weapon and u will be a fulltime bard =.=
beside, the bard build should be full int...but this guy want to build a warrior as his prime class...which is supposed to be full str...
not compatible i say?

Easy
Required Item - Those buff/skill that WILL NOT stay once you do switching weapon.
Used Item only - Those buff/skill that WILL stay even though you do how many switching weapons.
I think it's about how the play style affect the overall gaming environment. That's why we got the strongest and the weakest in terms of damage and in terms of def. In this case, when we are talking about def and "staying alive" we are refering to the one and the only 1 handed sword/shield.
Fighting mob that is above your level = no problem (u have high def)
Tackling 3-4 aggro mobs = no problem (80% knockback all mobs)
Solo giant = no problem (once again, high def, staying alive)
Chances to die = almost equals 0 unless you lag badly or having 2-3 giants simultaneously.
Damage = The lowest (u sacrifice def for damage, that's definitely)
So once again, you sacrifice def for damage, so it will take time to solo giant, tackling aggro mobs and fighting mob above your lvl.

I'm leveling a one-hand warrior with no subclass. In parties, I just taunt and tank. But I can solo well too. With green/white mobs in a high spawn area, and sprint assault as the opening move, I can kill fairly quickly. Generally, I do:
Sprint Assault, Slash, Double Stab, Slash.
If the mob is not dead by then, I go to some easier mob. Party mobs, of course, takes a lot longer.
I intend to farm at higher levels to get rogue skills. A rogue in heavy armour and Crossbow Extreme/Dagger Desperate should be a pretty effective killer. This way, I can switch between defence (1-hand s/s) and full on offence (Rogue).
Sprint Assault, Slash, Double Stab, Slash.

I don't see a point of having two-classes together as your main, you either be a pure warrior or a pure rogue. If you really wanna make one, consider some points here like total SP needed, money needed for shield, crossbow, sword, your armor and etc.tombbb wrote:I'm leveling a one-hand warrior with no subclass. You can start as rogue at range with good damage and if that doesnt work u can switch to s/s and have uber def....or use s/s kb then wep switch quick and hit with x-bow
true, its a very very good combination
only bad thing is that u will be slow as firking hell

thats awful you dont have enough time to land a strong hit with the xbow if u use the shield thrash series to knock them back.
if anything, youll get 1-shot by nukers as a xbow in heavy armor.

Nah bard why just for the run thats useless just for a sub i mean it will help you get around but use something to make you much better i say CLERIC you will be the EXTREME tanker with this build try it out http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=53982
i'm just leveling s/s warrior, not taking any other skills as we are leveling up a cleric in our guild for parties, maybe at later levels i will think about getting some SP into cleric just incase.
I'm in the process of de-leveling bard mastery to get rid of moving march as i think this is a waste of time. As a warrior i dont feel the need to run away from anything
