Scorpion quest n

I have looked in those guide lists and saw that you get the scorpions posion quest on lvl 32 at herbalist in donwhang. but when I check at herbalist there is no quest (exept the cursed heart quest) is there any kind of link to any other quest that makes me not to get that quest?

ps. I find grinding without a quest is very boring

I cant remember because it was a while ago but you may need to do this quest first

Level 28 - Leegak's Grudge
NPC: Donwhang: Leegak(specilities shop)
Objective: Kill 30 Hyeongcheon
Reward: 14000 exp, 10 healing pots(medium)
