Closier Guardian?

I was playing Silkroad (europe) and I've seen this half horse half monkey thing twice, but only twice, and in two different places and times. It kills me in one shot, which really ticks me off since I'm near lvl 22. It has a little quest paper thing over it's head, and i've seen in right next to the city, and by the golden apple tree. Is somebody summoning it? or what? Or does it spawn in certain places? Because it's really annoying expecially since I don't even stand a chance. i'd like to better understand it.

no it only spawns(by itself) in those places, these monsters are quest monsters, meaning that they are used for a quest so they wont be on the monster guide(Silkroad.net) and usually they are a knock-off of another one but maybe a little stronger, some can be preemptive and some are not. An example of this is the archer things over there by the edenps, they are a knock-off of the logos baroi or watever those other archer things are called.

EDIT: I found that the quest monsters are only usually found in one place, why you find them in two idk.

it's part of the ivy quest you have to capture a closier informant, and closier guardians spawn appx every 60 seconds along the way back to const. you have to kill 15 or 10, I can't remember.

15 of them so ..form what the persons above me said..they spawn all the way from anatolian plateau to constantinople at ~ 60 seconds.
