do the PT stat boosts (int3 str3 mag/phy absorp) only activate during pt time or are they constant?

only when the buffer is still in your sight afaik.

If you go too far the buff will be canceled.

I believe that he is asking about the Premium Ticket.

I think the bonuses are constant as long as your PT is active (not expired). The only part of the PT that is not constant is the EXP gain during the 3 hours only.
