Worst day in SRO

Hi All,

Is it possible in alchemy to fail 6 astrals going to +5? It's my first time to use expensive alchemy cash item and it really frustrates me :banghead:

. I used it to an sos 6th deg bow. WTF, this could make me quit~! Anyone has had this similar experience? And can anyone tell me what the most astral you can gamble to know if the item isn't really that lucky? I was hoping it could get to +5 in 3-5 attempts but it didn't! :banghead:

do you have lucky on your weapon? Maybe you should try to get a luck stone...your weapon seems to really be unlucky, i would stop if i were you...

I know your pain.

It sucks to know you spent real money for absolutely no gain.

I swore off astrals all together and made TONS of +5 items (all of my garment, some accessorys, weapons and gear to sell) and a +7 item (but only after a ton of gold...but at least it wasnt real money) without.

I recently cracked though, gave it 1 last shot (well, 1 last $50 shot

) and it paid off.

Learn how to earn gold. Earn a bunch of gold and just use weapon elixirs and steady to get to +5. Only when going for 7+ have i even entertained the thought of astral.

Oh cmon, 6 astrals isn't that much

. My guildmate used 20 astrals and still hasn't got her sosun shield from +7 to +9.

Yep. I've had a lvl 64 sos blade that took 8-9 astrals and wouldn't +5 while i had a 72 blade that went +5d 2nd try w/o astral and went +6 right after w/o astral. Sometimes you just get lucky and other times it feels like you got screwed over.
