soo Warlock vs Rogue

Hey sup, i currently have a Warlock lvl 21 and i just luv it, however imintereste on the rogue, mainly pvp which one of these 2 ismore exciting/fun to pvp play with?

Well really it depends on what you like- I'll put it in a nutshell for you.

Warlocks are people who enjoy watching their enemy struggle, and struggle, only to realise they can never win, and finally give up.

Rogues are people who dislike the risk of dying. So they take out whatever is the biggest threat to them first by overwhelming them with incredible power and unparalled surpise.

Warlocks are the poisonous dart, while Rogues are the landmines.

so are u saying warlocks cant kill? coz i have been killing warriors and pure strs really easy and mostof them were higher lvl.

How in the hell did you get "Warlocks can't kill" out of "Watching their enemy struggle, and struggle, only to realise they can never win, and finally give up."

If it wasfrom the "can never win" part, the was refering to the warlock's target not being able to win, not the warlock...

heh that is wrong warlocks r very good at pvp among rogues and glaives. what do you mean they can't kill? ive killed glaives, rogues and warriors almost 1d up with mine, they used pot iand i didnt. sure it takes a while, but thats the beauty of the warlock. first use the longer chargin 214% spell to catch the enemie's attention, then use stun. the full int should be dead by now. then use drains and shadow sheild, when he is unstunned, keep using flower attack untill stun is rechared and use it. also use hp drain.

It's confusing because you can read that two ways. What you're saying is "the enemy struggles until he realises he can never win and finally gives up", while other people are reading it as "the warlock watches the enemy struggle for a long-ass time until he finally realises that killing someone would take too freakin' long and he finally gives up."

warlocks cant kill if u have axe passive or anyone whos got a cleric submastery that reduces curse series.

all you see is "resist resist" and im like HAHA

then theyre sittin there with like, the lowest hp ever. all that blocks and attack is the shield and 80% stun, other than that theyre pvp beasts.

dagger is nice, but so much sacrifice for attack power, a good pure str still kills em. Maybe it will change when daggers with crit 20 start popping up, but as of right now there are wayyyyyyyyy too many NPC crit 4's or whatever flying around.

I never use npc daggers for more than a day.
I currently use a fourteen critical dagger, and I have a 13 critical with 100% strength and maxed physical attack sitting in my bank :love:

You're forgetting Warlocks' damage reflection spells and HP sapping skills. =P

Hehe Crit 13 atm , next level got a crit 14 waiting for me

Afraid they aren't blued and with just a normal 30% ish phys.

well anyways the best Euro pvp i have seen is a pure int 2 staffs wizard.
anyways i think Warlock is very good at pvp the mess with there health and stats.

rouge kills warlock rouges have buffs that prevent curses there for warlocks barely get any damage on them and the rouges kill them

Rogue is more fun, they get first attack most of time and have annoying effects and high damage to boot. Not to mention high hp.

my warlock kills anyone that's not in stealth or has run up to me when i was doing something. seriously. and if he has a cleric's buff thats not really 1v1... is it? we dont rely on DoTs for pvp, thats only for noobs. for a pure int it's stun first. 80% chance the stun will work. if it works we win. If it doesn't, we instantly use sleep afterwards. about 50% that works on players. if that works we win because we can either use long charge attack or wait for stun to refill. to kill a full str chinese, simply use 2 DoTs, stun, medical raze, sleep, run back, shadow shield, trap, blood flowers and vampire drains. it works! plus this is just warlocks....most people have a sub class.

edit: not DoT first yes that would break sleep, i mean curse that weakens defence

sleep is the most annoying skill ever...warlocks just use that in pvp to play with there food

haha good to hear, all I see is wizards and 2 handed swords on my server, have been wondering about the value of my warlock

dot is cool, but I don't see how it's better than pure damage atm, i mean why do half the damage over twice the time when you could do twice the damage over half the time ...

HP steal rocks, needs a speed buff imho, then would really be good, dot + run = dead mob, dot works on two simultaneously so you could grasswalk everywhere kill everything

i have never made a video before because my game is laggy enough, maybe i will someday, but i can provide screenshots if anyone wants.
Btw, when i fight, i a NPC set 1d lower than my lvl and npc rod and shield, i must upgrade but's it's hard to find the items with good blue.

you must have the superman of ALL warlocks cause i can 1-hit warlocks with my rouge when in stealth and 2 hit them when im not in stealth....Rogue does have a curse reducing skill you know
