It can't be taken down b/c it doesn't break any laws. Linking to copyrighted things is not illegal. Hosting them is.
So who's hosting them, the uploaders on their pc's?
Is that why the torrent sites rarely get busted too?
Copyright laws are different in every country. I know here in Canada p2p sharing of copyrighted files is fine. Since the domain is co.uk, maybe the brits have found a loophole in their law system.
