Why would I not care about the opinions regarding what I asked about?

I just try not to care about the opinions of people judging the entire idea behind my thread. So what if you think the thread is pointless, or that I'm judging people for something I do myself(which I admitted to...and I'm not judging)...why make posts that will or may incite arguments, especially off of the topic?

There's 29 or 30 posts in this thread and only ONE person has actually responded in any way on-topic.

yeh...because how you act over the internet shows your life.
you can't judge someone's 'life' by how he/she is on the internet.
you cant trust the internet, for as far as you know i can be a dirty 30 years old man who still lives in his parents house without a girlfriend.

i can also be a alien, who learned english by studying ut from an englishman who i captured and tortured.

There are some very clear examples around here.

I think that people act tough because of human nature, if your a soft idiot who is scared of everything you don't really have a chance in this world, because you will just get pushed around at every corner.

When you get on the net you can become a whole new person and i think that appeals to a lot of people, it's kinda like being a super hero. Hero by night, normal by day, but in this case it's nerd by day, tough guy by night.

It's not really a bad thing that these so called nerds can express their real feelings without being shunned.

I hate to say it lol but i do annoy the 'nerds' at school :oops:

but i hope for the sake of the're future personality that they do have another life on the internet and can experss their reall feelings

I think that's retarded.

Saying "you're a noob" or whatever is stupid, because... What does that even mean? How is it bad? If anything, it's good I say.

And often when someone refers to another person being a loser in real life, party 1 is actually a loser himself.

I generally don't care how a person acts unless they piss me off so bad with their repetetiveness and how they'll base what they say on absolutely nothing (though that isn't so bad on the internet, because the person doesn't know you in real life, so you can't really base your claims on anything).
I also get pissed off when someone's better than me at arguing, although that's honestly only happened once, and now that guy is my friend.
