If you have eastern language support, try unchecking the box and running..

or vice versa.

I think whats happening here, is you had an error patching it - and now it CANT patch it. However, the Send error report message can be related to many, MANY computer problems.

Try this perhaps. NOTE, none of this really matters, because there is probably going to be a new release, and the servers are down anyway.
  • Completely uninstall Silkroad Online, and remove any directories left behind.
  • Run Disk Cleanup from the Start --> Accessories --> System Tools
  • Close and eliminate any extra bullshit icons you have at the lower right, in the system tray. Uninstall useless junk programs down there that may have been installed recently.
  • Run an spyware cleanup - I use Ad-Aware personal. Get everything thoroughly cleaned.
  • Run windows update. Update all things critical - and any security updates available.
  • Run Disk Defragment from the Start --> Accessories --> System Tools
  • Now re-download Silkroad Online Client over again, in case the zip got corrupt before.
  • Reinstall.
