Graphics card

Im running a Radeon x1600 pro since im still running AGP. My first computer build soon as i got it built they announced PCIE and DDR2...sucks but the card works great for me, runs Rainbow Six Vegas flawlessly. Anyone who plays that knows how stressful that game is on hardware

just built a new pc with a 8800gtx in it..havent had a chance to see what shes like in sro yet doh

should look lethal..my last comp ran like crap in it

but, quad core isnt all its cracked up to be, i have it, all you really can do is multi task even faster

(i can run, firefox, media player, silkroad, msn, xfire, aim, and all my av/firewall spyware programs at the same time )

2 years of combined pc building ^_^, and the wonders of working in a pc shop. lol (its good money seeing as were the only one for about 30 miles around)

Unless someone has shat their pc .. should be able to do 'all' that with duo core too ....

Have an 256mbm Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT on my dell vista lap top with 2GB of Ram. I get the ??? sometimes..

its about £60-80 now, and is still awsome, i have one in my other pc, and can run cs:s on full graphics and battlefield 2 on full everything except shadows

Yeah that's the card i have it's still doing a good job on all the games i play so..

my gfx card is stock and i aint saying what it is its embaressing lol

but im up grading to a Nvidia 8800 woot + im gettin a new cooling system as i thnik i broke mine lol

to cool mine down atm i have the case open with a desk fan blowing into it woot ghetto ftw xD 0.o

AGP - accelerated graphics port
PCI -peripheral component interconnect or interface
DDR - double data rate

I have a nVIDIA 6600 GT OC but it is AGP 4x though but it can still run this game with max graphics.

Same. Quite new, but it's got a few heating issues. Runs smoothly on high graphics with all the stuff turned up, including shadows.

Overheating causes the computer to crash/restart/freeze at random, and all fans are working properly. Not sure what to do to fix it.

I had a 5200 FX like when sro went beta and I did fine on high with 1 GB RAM, recently upgrade my vid card to a 8600-ULTRA and 4GB ram.... runs perfectly + more.
