questions about the pvp(rogue bug)...is it safe to pvp?

I know there was a nightmarish post about rogues using masks to inflict murder status then stealingequipment...i was just wondering, and this question goes out to people who may have suffered from this glitch, if you just clicked them and killed them or if you alt+clicked ... basically i wanna know does your cursor automatically turn into a sword or do you have to force it cuz if you guys forced the cursor then you prolly were being silly :wink:

All you have to do is dbl click as if that person was really wearing a cape. :p Thats why so many people are getting owned by it. O_o

Its really simple... there's no need to be scared.
I mean jeez... it seems that most people don't use the simple art of scouting opponents' buffs anymore... what's with you all? lol

Just single click the player once... scout the buffs... if its rogue-mask buff... you know what to do. :wink:

yeah i know if i'm pvping i will look at buffs...its just a lil scary i mean iw as asked to pvp from some random low level a few days back...i was suspicious... :shock:

and then i find out about this...i would hate to lose my stuff

you are exploiting the skill to make others murder. This should be fixed.

tricking someone this way to get his item or him murder is the same way as scamming someone, but this one is exploiting a bug in the game. And if you don't know aobut this exploit how could you expect this to happen?

well i really hope Joymax will do something fast. Pvp used to be one of my favourite activities but now i can't do it anymore because of there retarded rogue noobs.

I know someone like Wonderwall who probably abuses this skill will tell me to check the buffs, but sometimes i just forget it and kill everyone i see. And there is not a single rogue yet who would stand after my first attack so when i realise what i have done, it will be too late.

What does the user getting killed gain? An item? I doubt it when there are plenty of people around the murderer. The drop would go to another user. Will that user return the item? I doubt it. Afterall most users in a game are greedy. Be honest. What if your monkey/pig/w/e grabs it? Will you say you have it? Will you return it? Even if it's a sun item. Would you?

I have a question about this bug. Does splash/multi attks dmg go on the user?

some people do deserve this to happen to them

cause me and som erandom people wanted to have a party war red capes vs black capes so we bought capes formed parties, and prepared to kick serious ass.....we couldnt, some idiot named

OTTOMAN_TR kept killing us -_- over and over argh no1 could battle, when some1 his lvl showed up he went back into town -_- wtf.

when i get that skill im gonna find that SOB make him go murder then have samanuskie kill him

PS. he had no visible sox/ pimped items

Mmm, I think if someone can just one-click the Duplicated and cast skill directly, then it would be a bug. Otherwise, what would happen to other people that used a skill with splash damage, i.e., light nuke.

If you need to Alt-Click on a Duplicated to attack, then it won't be a bug.

Plain simple logic.

i am a rogue and you if they are wearing a mask with a cape you alt+click them and you wont get murder
the masks are fun when you want to mess around with high lvls that have gone to pvp euro noobs
you put the mask on then put your cape on but the sword thing wont pop up when you go over another player that has a cape so you alt+click and you attack him and hes like wtf HACK!!!
and yes splash damage can get you if you and him are wearing a cape

just check your opponent his buffs before you pvp him .... every rogue has a duplicated buff when they are in duplicated status..

Dont attack the lower lvls just to make you feel better, it has no use at all, yes they know your lvl 80 but they dont give a shit

never heard of a real pvp? 1on1 both buffed ?

instead of beeing an ass you should be more carefull ...
