I have a problem installing the game, please help me.

I downloaded the client, and when I install it I get a gray message saying: "Please Wait," which I did very patiently and it got to the install after about 5 minutes. Once I'm there I click Start, then it goes to the window showing me where the file will be stored, I click next and after a little bit the window disappears and nothing happens at all...

As of right now I've waited almost 20 minutes and still nothing. Help?
