Where is Horse Stable from Witch Girl?

I went to the souther west bridge, and I see these lv 14 monsters while I'm lv 7.

Do I go south even more?

Just above the text where it says 'Golden Plain', west of the north going road. If you go through some post backwards, you will also find out how to finish the quest. Its a bit tricky, though everything is explained in the quest information. The quest mobs have an icon above their heads, good way to know you are at the right place.
