Fire nuker: which flame wave?

I'm a pure int fire/light nuker and am wondering which of the fire nukes (before book 3) I should focus on, as I may not have enough points to max both of them.

Flame Wave Arrow (book 1) level 30 -->
-faster cast
-less MP
-less damage
-no splash damage

Flame Wave Burning (book 2) level 43 -->
-slower cast
-more MP
-more damage
-3 penetrations (straight line)

Should I focus completely on book 2 when it is available, or just keep working on book 1? Both have their advantages...if you're a fire nuker, which would you go for if you had to choose one? (I'll have the lightning nuke regardless). Thanks in advance!

my first fire nuke is lvl 3 and staying there. im now sp farming untill i can get book 2...but eventually book1 needs to be lvl 9 or 12 before u can get 3rd book. probably get book 2 and lvl book1

For me personally, i'm probably gonna max out all nukes, lvl 18 fire nuke first book is as good as lvl 9 or so of the 2nd book....... just sp farm a bit i am farming earth taoist gun powders and earth ghosts in ravines at lvl 25 andi get like 350-405 sp exp per kill

only really need 2 nukes... i started deleveling my first book as soon as i got my second.. i plan to have 3 nukes until they release the lvl 70 fire nuke which is suppose to pwn like no tomorrow

Focus on 2nd. You only need level 1 of the First.

this is my suggestion, you can SURVIVE and KILL without getting higher than level 2 of flame arrow, but on second and third book of fire nukes, get max, one is for mobs, one is for single

both nice damage..

OK thanks, I think I'll keep up both if I have the SP...because I find I'm using both nukes on monsters (instead of lightning) since they have the same range and I don't need to run anywhere. The second book also hits monsters that are right beside you (not just in front), so I'm finding it quite useful. When I get the third book I'll probably de-level the first book and keep working on the second.

Dont even have to level book 1 fire nuke. I got to 43 easy with just level 1 of it.

its not how hard or easy you get to level with it.. cuz the nukes still at level one do massive dmg. its about how strong the mobs are that you can 1 shot.. .stronger the level of the nuker, the higher lvl mob you'll 1 shot and the fast you will level.
