what are guardian assistant suppose to do? o_O

ok im a guardian assistant and I can't figure what im suppose to do... I dont have cumulate buff or stuff like that yet do I need to grind with guardian at my side?

or do my guardian will only receive something when I,ll reach 60?

I think they will recieve honor points when a student graduates this is a pure guess but they are guardians too other then that i see no point in having one.

i got 2 assiatance and for me the hono point or the seal of sun weapon are Lame. so they ask me to save the honor point and they will give me the money so i can buy it for then. none of then got honor point only me.
